Cancelations must be made at least 2 business days to first class in order for a refund to be considered Registrations will be refunded, minus a $3 refund charge. The refund will be credited back to your credit card. If you choose to leave the class fee on your account for future purchase we will waive the refund charge. (To use a credit-on-account on a future registration you must call our office 218-879-1261)

Refund policy for bus trips: Because we must purchase tickets in advance of the event date, if you choose to cancel after the registration deadline has passed we cannot give you a refund. We will try to fill your spot with someone from the waiting list (if there is one) if at all possible and in that case we could give you a refund.
Bus trips to a Twins game:

1. If there is a rain delay, the bus will stay until the game ends.
2. If the game is cancelled due to weather, each person will receive a free ticket for the game that was cancelled which will be played at a later date, but bus transportation will not be provided. No refunds will be given.

A participant who does not show up for class will not have their class fee refunded.
If a participant finds it necessary to cancel after the start date, for a legitimate reason, the Community Education Director will discuss the matter at that time.  If you have any questions please contact Community Education at 218-879-1261 or

Registrants will be contacted if a class is cancelled.  If school is cancelled, Cloquet Community Education offerings are also cancelled. Cancellations, due to bad weather, will be announced on WKLK 96.5 FM, 1230 AM.
